It can be mounted on top of a mic stand or with a side mount, and thanks to its rubber coating it will have maximum grip on any surface. Comes bundled with a heavy duty extension bracket for mic threaded (5/8"- 27) devices. Side mount clamp fits most standard mic shafts. The spring loaded clamps makes it simple and quick to set up.
