Made to exacting specifications in England, these fine whistles are made of extruded (non-conical bore) brass and are available plain or nickel-plated to resist oxidation and always look sharp. The fipples are made of precision plastic; blue indicates nickel-plated, red is plain brass. Accurately tuned, this instrument has an easy response and a bright clear, and good tone with true tuning. Generation whistles have a very strong tone throughout their range. The tone is sweet, particularly in the upper range. Tutor leaflet included.
